Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Relaxatio platform available at relaxatio.xyz. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Relaxatio governing your access to and use of the platform, its content, features, and services. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use this platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the platform require you to register for an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@relaxatio.xyz if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if your use poses a risk to the platform or other users.
4. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial educational purposes unless you have entered into a separate written agreement permitting commercial use.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
- Transmit viruses, malicious code, or any other harmful material
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without prior written consent
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display platform content without authorisation
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the platform
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to quizzes, questions, assessments, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Relaxatio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise exploit any platform content.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content, feedback, or suggestions to the platform, you grant Relaxatio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with operating and improving the platform.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 Paid Plans
Certain features may require purchase of a subscription or one-time payment. All fees are displayed in the applicable currency and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated at the point of purchase.
6.2 Billing
By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. Recurring subscriptions will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact info@relaxatio.xyz within 14 days of the charge. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our criteria.
6.4 Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes to subscription pricing will be communicated with reasonable advance notice before they apply to your account.
7. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. These are provided for convenience only. Relaxatio does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any information provided through the platform is accurate, complete, or current
- Results obtained from using the platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
Educational content on the platform is intended for informational and learning purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or technical advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relaxatio, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Relaxatio in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or SGD 100, whichever is greater.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relaxatio and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
14. Governing Terms
These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Relaxatio with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
